As a certified yoga teacher with advanced training in flow-based techniques, I’ve crafted a unique approach that blends music, movement, and emotional awareness. My classes are designed to help highly sensitive people (HSPs) and those seeking emotional depth reconnect with themselves in a safe and supportive environment.
I offer two distinct types of yoga classes:
Flow & Feel
In this class, we create a fluid, dance-like yoga sequence inspired by a central song. Whether it's pop, indie, or rock, the music guides the flow, making it a dynamic experience. This class is perfect for those who want to move energetically, express emotions through movement, and feel empowered by the music. It’s an opportunity to simply move, feel, and connect—without overthinking or worrying about complex choreography.
Restore & Balance
This class is all about slowing down, finding stillness, and restoring your body's natural balance. With a focus on longer-held poses and deep relaxation, it helps counteract physical imbalances and mental stress. Perfect for those who need a quiet, restorative space to unwind, this class allows you to release tension and reconnect with yourself in a gentle, supportive way.
