About Me

Your Yoga Teacher for Highly Sensitive People & People Pleasers

Hello, my name is Jennifer.

As a highly sensitive person (HSP) myself, I know how important it is to have a space where you can focus solely on yourself—without distractions. On the mat, I find time to reconnect with my body, my emotions, and my needs. For me, music is a key part of that journey—it helps me breathe more deeply and express my emotions through movement, making yoga feel like an enjoyable, creative flow.

My passion lies in guiding other HSPs and people pleasers through dance-inspired yoga flows, helping you explore and embrace your emotions with openness and joy. Each class is designed to meet you where you are emotionally, allowing you to reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive space.

My approach is all about fun and flow, not perfection. I focus on creating an experience that helps you feel good, without the pressure of complicated choreography or overly challenging poses.

Beyond yoga, I’m also an animal photographer, a student of behaviroal bioloy, a hobby ice cream maker, a passionate cyclist, and a biomedical engineering professional.

Let’s move and connect together!

My Yoga Journey

I have been a yoga student for many years, and I’ll always remain one. It’s important for me to continuously expand my practice and stay open to new influences. After years of learning and exploring various styles, I decided to take the next step by completing my:

200h Hatha & Restorative Yoga Teacher Training
at the Vida Yoga Center in Puerto Escondido, Mexiko
im November 2021

This training deepened my understanding of yoga and asanas, and it was the start of my journey into teaching. While I loved teaching and improving my own practice, I felt that something was still missing.

That’s when I discovered Inside Flow. The way it blends yoga flows with music, creating a synergy between the physical and emotional levels, resonated with me instantly. It allowed me to put my emotions into the movement and reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t before. Inspired by this experience, I pursued further education and completed my:

60h Inside Flow Teacher Training
at the Inside Flow Academy
in Autumn 2023

This training not only shaped my teaching style but also allowed me to create a safe space where I could truly be myself. Combining yoga with music helped me reconnect with my own values, dreams, and needs—things that often get overshadowed by daily life and the voices of others telling me what’s “realistic.”

For me, yoga—especially when intertwined with music—became a way to tap into my deepest emotions and discover what truly matters to me. It’s my mission to help others find that same space for themselves, where they can reconnect with their feelings, listen to their own needs, and embrace who they are.

I’m excited to continue learning and growing, and I can’t wait to see where my yoga journey takes me next.
